I am on a big Independent kick right now and I just finished a book called Sprockett. I was very impressed with the urban style art of Kirk Chavarria. Kirk is a one man dynamo handling the writing, pencils and inking, not to mention publishing the book. Sprockett takes place four light years from Earth in the A.P.E.X. Galaxy and it seems they have punk muggers on that world too. This issue was a great teaser and I expect big things from this book. Visit Zebragreen.com to pick up a copy.

Is he just getting started in the business? How did you or anyone find these independent artists?
He’s a longtime customer of mine. He is working really hard to get issue #1 done by Feb. Once it’s done, we’ll be getting a review of it up here as well.
I loved Sprockett!
