I’m really a fan of the first movie—the Rat Pack version, and the remake. The Ocean’s 12 sequel lost some steam. I hope 13 finds the energy of the original Clooney film.
I don’t know how much more i can take of George Clooney. I will never forgive him for trying to play the greatest comic heroe of them all: BATMAN. His portrayal of Batman was more than he deserved. Any film that has Al Pacino in it has won half the battle. The rest will depend on how the Director can screw it up. For example, the movie Catwoman staring Halle Berry and Sharon Stone was a decent movie. Halle and Sharon are two lovely and good actresses. So the million dollar question is, what makes a movie great, the actors or the director? I think it’s a combination of both. But it’s up to the actors to read the script and decide if it’s good for their career and not think about how much money they will land. Al Pacino is a legend. He can only add to an already incredible cast. Don Cheadle should have his name on the “hollywood walk of fame” if it’s not there already. Bernie Mack adds to the film with his comic brilliance. Matt Damon and Brad Pitt two of hollywoods studs will keep the ladies ummmm....happy?
Clooney has apologized for “Batman & Robin” countless times, and I think it was more or less the fact that he just wanted to portray the Dark Knight...the script wasn’t his fault.
Schumacher shouldn’t even be allowed to watch anymore comic films.
Yeah aj. I just had to get that off my chest, lol.
