Dimension Films continue developing a movie version of “Occult Crimes Taskforce” starring actress Rosario Dawson.
Dawson, co-creator and writer of the Image comic book series will also produce the film, playing a New York City police detective who stumbles onto a bizarre crime scene, then enlists as part of a covert squad that uses ‘mystical weaponry’ to hunt down ‘ghouls’.
Dawson was inspired to create the comic book with David Atchison / Tony Shasteen after starring in Frank Miller’s “Sin City”.
