Comics2film has posted a story on the new issue of TV guide due out January 23rd which will feature a 3-page special report on the Smallville 100th episodes.
WARNING MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!
The article includes an interview with series executive producer Al Gough who spills the beans on which major character will be killed off. Gough is reported as saying “"Someone you see in the opening credits every week is going to bite the dust.” He also goes on to tell TV guide that another “major” character is on their way out as well, and that we will see Jor-El make a PHYSICAL APPEARANCE at the start of next season (6).
