Previously, I had mentioned that the IFL (International Fight League) Semi-Finals were going to be held on Nov. 2nd in Portland, Oregon. I finally now have a TV schedule where we can see the Silverbacks, Anacondas, Dragons, and WolfPack duke it out on free TV.

Although the two semi-final matches will be held in one night, FSN is breaking the two matches up into one hour segments for TV broadcasting. Here is a break down of the IFL programming on FSN:

Quarter Finals Re-Run
Sunday October 8th - 6pm & Sunday, November 12th - 6pm

Semi-Finals
Sunday November 19th - 6pm & Sunday, November 26th - 6pm.

There should be some exciting fights that come out of this. Choose sides now so that you can have some real fun. Click the links below to see the line-ups for the different teams. You will be surprised how many names your recognize especially if you watch the UFC.

Silverbacks (Pat Miletich) vs. Dragons (Carlos Newton)
Anacondas (Bas Rutten) vs. WolfPack (Matt Lindland)

Also, Komikazee has some really special programming scheduled on the site leading up to the two television broadcasts and beyond so stay tuned!!!!

This was my first live show and I agree that the show felt first-class. Its too bad that MyNetwork and FSN’s poor-resolution broadcasts make the show look low-rent on TV. That’s really not the case live.

Bryan Vetell is also making his return to the ring after an injury suspension following his knockout loss to Devin Cole.  Vetell was dominating that match before Cole turned things around in the second frame, and his stand-up game was looking much improved.
