Sectorseven.org has revealed that actor Hugo Weaving will provide the voice of Megatron in this Summer’s highly anticipated Transformers: The Movie.

I would’ve never thought he’d be cast as Megatron, but judging by his voice acting talent in “V for Vendetta” I’m positive he’ll deliver a solid performance as the Decepticons’ leader...plus they’ll probably put some HEAVY effects over his voice for that robot sound.
Can’t wait to hear the rest of the voice casting.
I am disappointed in the sense that Peter Cullen vs. Frank Welker would be flippin’ sweet. However, Hugo Weaving is a great choice.
