Wizard has a sneak peak at some images from the latest issue of Toyfare (#113) that shows the lineup for Marvel Legends: Series 2, as well as the first variant figure.
Marvel Legends are back for more! The 6-inch, super-poseable superhero line keeps going with this, the second wave from new line manufacturer Hasbro. And Hasbro has certainly taken the ball from Toy Biz and run with it! Not only does this wave contain some of the most requested Marvel characters to date (Avengers members Yellowjacket, Quicksilver and She-Hulk) it also contains two more Marvel movie figures (“X-Men: The Last Stand”’s Juggernaut and Jean Grey) and the most horrific build-a-figure yet: the Blob! That’s right, one fleshy part of the Blob will come with every figure in this wave of Marvel Legends—collect them all to create a three-dimensional warning against obesity. If that’s not enough for you, this wave has Hasbro’s first Marvel Legends chase figure--a freaky looking Jean Grey variant!

Yikes! Some of these figures aren’t looking so hot. Ultimate Wolverine looks ridiculous, and variant Jean Grey looks more like “Leech” than anything. So far Hasbro has been hit or miss with their ML sculpts.
I agree, some of those really look bad. Some have faces only a collector can love.
