A new "Predator" film in the works?

According to Cinescape there could be a new Predator film in the works.
PREDATOR 3 (won’t be called that), would be a brand new chapter in the series,” says the scooper. “All those rumors about it starring The Rock or John Cena as Schwarzenegger’s character, Dutch, aren’t true. One bit of a interesting talk is that Sylvester Stallone might be being coaxed to do battle with the new “Predator".”
The scooper also mentioned that the script for AVP 2: SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST is closer to ALIENS than the original ALIEN VS. PREDATOR.

I could go for a new movie about now. Maybe a more evolved version that might even look human if it chose too. There could be more havoc and mayhem with it hiding in plain sight and then it could revert to it’s alien form in more hostile environments. I mean more hostile than Houston or Dallas.
