Newsarama reports that Speakeasy is no more.
This is bad news for those of us who were looking forward to The Black Coat #2 and other great titles like Elk’s Run.  Ben Lichius has posted on The Black Coat website that they are actively looking for a new publisher.

Civil War Covers Revealed

Newsarama has posted the first two covers for Marvel’s upcoming “Civil War” crossover.  I personally can’t wait for these books because I think they are going to mirror what is going on in American politics today.  It will be interesting to see what heros line up on what side.  Check out these images…

Spider-Man 3: Back in Black?

No this isn’t Spider-Man meets “Sin City”, and no this isn’t a black and white photo.Superherohype! has posted the first pic of Spider-Man decked out in the BLACK COSTUME from “Spider-Man 3”. No official word has been given on how the suit will play into the plot of the film, or whether or not this confirms the appearance of Venom, but as all fans know black costume = Venom.

MTV has posted an inteview with Kal Penn who will play a villian in the new Superman Returns film.  He doesn’t give any insight into the film other than his role as a henchman for Lex Luthor.  I can’t wait to see Kumar getting his butt kicked by Supes!
