The Siegel family is fighting Time Warner in court for copyright infringement over Smallville.  It all boils down to the Siegel and Shuster got beat out of their rights to Superman a long time ago.  They fought for the rest of their lives to get a little piece of the worlds most famous icon.

Frank Coraci to Helm "Hawaiian Dick"

The Hollywood Reporter states that Frank Coraci (The Waterboy, The Wedding Singer) has signed on to direct "Hawaiin Dick", a supernatural thriller that tells the story of a run down private eye who gets involved in a kidnapping case dealing with a local island girl who turns up dead...only, she doesn’t stay that way.

Warner Home Video has launched a new website celebrating the year that Superman Returns to the big screen. The new site features information on the characters, new movie due out in June, and the upcoming DVD releases.
