i know it is meant to be set back in dominaria. which is probably what it means by ‘time spiral.’
as for a set of all reprints.. we already have that.

didn’t rancored_elf say that flanking, etc. would be in time spiral?
also, i remember the test cards he posted (the one with flanking) was an actual card from the early days.

I think wotc said that bushido = fixed flanking, so I doubt they would do something like that so close to kami block.
That and 5 bucks will buy you a Venti No-whip Caramel Frappuccino....

Time Spiral fits in with the stated theme they announced two years ago
Books for the 2006/2007 Magic: The Gathering card block take place after the Invasion cycle, by J. Robert Kin. Lets say when it comes to Goblins eating things, a slight scum from Star Bucks whipped cream would be the least of your worries 
Of course it is fun to see what comes from the reaction of the experiment and a Goblins digestive system. Sufficient to say, make sure your Goblins are housebroken......
