Akroma will NOT be back in 10th… unless they change their policy…
Remember: WotC has said time-and-time-again that they don’t like printing Legendary cards in core sets because of the SBE’s that are required with legends (when multiples are in play).

In TS, I expect Akroma to come back somehow… but not as she is… like I’ve said: she melded with Phage to become Karona, False God; so, maybe “Akroma’s Spirit” or something odd like that. Or even an enchantment that basically makes something be like akroma. (TS is looking like a “Enchantment Matters” block somewhat

ok...like...are you guys being sarcastic about the sarcasm and the posts you said are sarcastic are actually not sarcastic, or is that last post real and everything else is sarcastic? I’m so confused. so very confused.

also, when you post something that has no humor indicators (smilies and all that other cheezy stuff) how are people supposed to know you’re being sarcastic. and this misunderstanding has come up several times so perhaps the problem is not with people taking your sarcasm as an actual statement but with your excessive use of sarcasm as a form of humorous communication.

I’m hoping they print persecute and arena again as bwg will loose a lot if they loose their biggest discard and card drawing. But if Witness comes back (here hopin though I doubt it)...

I doubt addle/blackmail will come back(at least I hope not), but I think there will be some other equally bad(or shall I say “marginally useful") black discard spell…

...people start to complain if Black doesn’t have discard, green doesn’t have amazingly huge creatures, red doesn’t have burn, blue doesn’t have instant-speed draw, or if white doesn’t have aggressively costed weenies. I’m sure we’ll at least have the usual 5: Suntail Hawk, Volcanic Hammer(or this time, Incinerate), Inspiration(if they don’t choose to keep Tidings), Scaled Wurm(and/or Verdant Force/FoN/etc), and an addle/blackmail variant(i’ve no idea what, it just seems they’re trying to switch these around a bunch)...

I don’t sleep btw… haven’t you heard? I’ll stay up until 4AM and still have to get up by 7:30 and feel fine… I guess that’s just the college student’s lifestyle…

Anyway, I think duress has a VERY good chance of being reprinted in 10E(I think CoB might come back, along with saying bye-bye to the enemy painlands and the RAV duals), as there might be room in the coreset to up the power level just a little bit… here’s to hoping!

EDIT: And if somehow Duress does see print in either 10E or TS, be prepared to see this perfect anti-duress card being played by everyone: Duress!

EDIT2: Come to think of it, there’s no way in hell it’ll see print, methinks… we’ll have to deal with stupid “almost” versions for another 4 years… :/
