You know you’re too old when there’s never been a JSS in which you were young enough to compete.  (apologies to Rich C. and Kevin B.)

Good question.  It’s too bad for a lot of people at Madness (myself likely among them) that it’s based on actual age and not maturity age.  :smirk:

Maybe we could petition the DCI into starting the SCSS for all of us old people.

Haha… I’d probably get stuck between those two… I’m not quite 21 yet, but way too old to play in JSS… gosh, it sucks being 20. You know you’re too old to do so many things that you used to do, but you’re not old enough to do the rest of what you’ve ever wanted to do in your life… you know, like play in SCSS tournaments. :)

At least people still mistake me for 20.  I’m hoping I can keep this up well into my thirties.

I may be completely wrong, but I think thats the championship card, registering only gets you a sakura tribe elder I beleive. And top 4 gets a JSS backpack.

If Christian qualifies for the Senior Curcuit, does that put me in the super senior (senile) circuit?

they said in the arcana that registering gets you the shard phoenix.

Time to start picking up random kids on the street :P

I hope it’s true that every snowflake is unique, because I never want to see one like this again.

I can see the news stories now.  Magic cultists lure children off the street with thier “card board crack” offering a first free booster to these children and a chance to play in the JSS for their entry foil.  The children are later seen wandering comic book stores and gaming shops carrying binders of cards and repeating their mantra “got trade stuff?”
