Thanks, sixstring! Glad to be here. I’ll post them as I do them, instead of clogging my thread with my previous customs. I was looking for a general talk forum here but didn’t see one. Was going to introduce myself and say that I love the site...am I not seeing it, or isn’t there one here yet? Great site so far though! Glad to get in on the ground level.
Hey buddy, I love your Samson. He’s always been one of my biggest Favs. The resculpted legs look fantastic, now all I need is for ya to do is fly to Texas and do the same to my legs, I mean to my real legs. I’d call it “Body by Joel”, the only way to get what you want. Now, I think that would work in a perfect world, but until then, Thigh Master here I come

Okay, update time. Here are two of my latest:
Conan
Constrictor
Conan was made of a DA Agression Orton (?) figure, modified Sandman head (face), Thor helmet and hair, apoxie sculpt, craft fur, deer skin lace, LoTR skirting for the boot tops.
Constrictor was a Bullseye figure with Scorpion head, padding and other detailing- apoxie sculpt.

Hey Joel, Conan is such an amazing piece. The work on his battle scars is so life-like, and the fusion of Sandy’s face on Thor’s head is spectacular. The soft goods add a realism you don’t see in other Conan customs. Your work on this Masterpiece puts him head and shoulders above the rest.
I’ve always liked Constrictor and have wanted to do one for my personal collection. After seeing both of yours, that urge is being pushed into overdrive, now I really want to do one. The sculpting on his armor is picture perfect, he looks just like his comic depiction. Followed by your brilliant paint apps, making this one fine custom, my brother.
Oh, I just wanted to let everybody know that when JoMiHa made both of these customs, he did ‘em with a broken thumb. That’s right, a Broken Thumb, now that’s pure talent.

We need to come up with some kind of contest for customizers with a sweet prize. You and Mike throw out some ideas and I will see what we can come up with. Once we have the details you guys can invite other customizers to take part. Let me know what you think.

Curve was actually my nick name in college (baseball guy) and how I came up with Curvzilla. So the short answer is I don’t mind at all.
