World of Warcraft Trading Card Game, which is set to debut at the end of October, has finally revealed their cross-over cards.
Cross-over cards are special cards that can affect the online game World of Warcraft through Super Rares and point purchase. They term them Loot cards and UDE points respectively.
Loot cards are super rare cards that you can find in random normal packs that have a scratch-off code that can be redeemed for in-game loot. Some of these rewards are pets, tabards, and mounts.
A point purchase card, on the other hand, comes with each pack and can be registered online. The online system will then track the amount of points that you accrue and also what you have spent. They will have in-game rewards for both total number of points collected as well as being able to spend them on other items. They are planning some fun stuff. YOu will be able to spend points on alternate in-game tabards as well as some IRL (in real life) items such as play mats, etc. Some of the IRL items will cost cash as well as points.
They are also including a hearts-type mini game on the point purchase cards called ninja's and pirates so don't just throw them away.
